We have a 6-12+ month contract to hire position for Lead Data Analyst, Entprise Level, Strong SQL, PowerBI
This role is going to inherit ownership of a portfolio of Power BI dashboards that support our Member & Provider Services (MPS) organization. While these are some of the most used dashboards in the entire company, they are far from perfect. Many need consolidation and a new vision. I’m looking for seasoned capabilities, thought leadership, curiosity, and willingness to stay flexible during a season of transformation.
Must Haves:
Enterprise-caliber Power BI solutions
Executive dashboards, data visualization, and advanced DAX
Advanced SQL proficiency
Complex SQL dev from scratch; Database views; query optimization
Demonstrated Capabilities:
Project/development leadership
Business impact
Stakeholder partnership; polished communication
Preferred:
Healthcare data experience
Customer Service / Call Center Analytics
Comfort with Modern Analytics Tech Stack
Snowflake, Git, AI-assisted dev, AI Agents, cloud-based analytics platforms
Enterprise Data Asset development
KPI design & development
Analytical/Reporting Conventions
Complex “business” logic
Demonstrated Capabilities:
