About the Role:
We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst to deliver high-quality, with NJ License compassionate care to children aged 2-12. As a key member of our team, you will provide structured therapy sessions in the child's natural environment, using evidence-based techniques to promote meaningful learning and growth. Your expertise will enable children to develop independence, build confidence, and thrive in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
Deliver ABA therapy sessions in the child's home, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and generalization
Provide guidance and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
