We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized Finance Specialist to support financial operations, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, data analysis, and day-to-day finance activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business decisions in a fully remote environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day financial operations and administrative activities
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal systems and business records
Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and management presentations
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform account, transaction, and balance reconciliations
Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Monitor expenses, payments, invoices, and other financial transactions
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
Track budgets, expenses, variances, and financial performance
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Assist with cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis
Support financial audits and information requests when needed
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for management
Help maintain financial databases, accounting systems, and reporting tools
Collaborate with accounting, operations, HR, procurement, and other internal teams
Follow company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and workflows
Support special finance projects and other duties as assigned
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
0–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, banking, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with accounting, ERP, financial reporting, or expense management systems is a plus
Ability to analyze large amounts of financial information and identify discrepancies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
Professional, dependable, and results-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new financial systems, tools, and processes
CPA, CFA, or other relevant finance/accounting certification is a plus but not required
Fluent in English
Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
