OEM Solutions is an international manufacturing and supply-chain company supporting customers with sourcing, engineering coordination, production, quality control, and logistics.
As we expand our steel grating business in the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Business Development professional with an established network in the UAE or wider Middle East industrial market.
Role Description
The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and generating qualified RFQs for:
Galvanized and electro-forged steel grating
Serrated and heavy-duty grating
Stair treads
Custom fabricated grating and accessories
Our team supports quotation, engineering coordination, manufacturing, quality control, and international logistics.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Existing relationships with contractors, EPCs, fabricators, distributors, or industrial buyers
Experience in structural steel, building materials, oil & gas, infrastructure, piping, fasteners, MEP, or related industrial products
Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
UAE market experience preferred; wider GCC / Middle East experience is also valuable
Previous steel grating experience is helpful but not required. Experience with complementary industrial products can be equally relevant.
A plus: Experience supporting local logistics, delivery coordination, customer documentation, invoicing, or payment follow-up.
Commercial Structure
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity, with commission on successfully generated business and the potential for ongoing earnings from developed accounts.
If you already work with customers purchasing industrial steel, project materials, or fabricated components, we'd be happy to explore whether steel grating could complement your existing network.
