Affinity Health Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Reimbursement Consultant (RNAC / LPNAC) to join our growing consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a reimbursement professional who enjoys partnering with long-term care providers to drive clinical, regulatory, and financial success.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to client facilities throughout Pennsylvania.

Position Summary
The Clinical Reimbursement Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to senior living and long-term care clients, providing expertise in reimbursement, MDS processes, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive reimbursement knowledge, and a passion for helping providers achieve positive outcomes.

Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement
Clinical Documentation and Revenue Integrity
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an RNAC, LPNAC, or Regional Reimbursement Consultant
Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems
Long-term care experience with strong understanding of state and federal regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and consulting skills
Ability to travel to client facilities as needed
RAC-CT Certification is preferred
Experience supporting multiple facilities or serving in a regional reimbursement role is a plus

Experience & Licensure
RNAC/LPNAC: 5 years required
