Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
This position requires core availability during MYT (GMT+8) working hours to facilitate real-time communication, team standups, and client syncs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects from initiation through closure while maintaining high quality standards.
Scope & Schedule Management: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives; remove blockers and manage resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication across teams and leadership regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early, develop contingency plans, and solve bottlenecks efficiently.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management workflows, templates, and documentation to improve efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Timezone Alignment: Located in or willing to work core hours within MYT (GMT+8).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a tech, digital, or remote-first company.
Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall project management frameworks.
Tools: Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Slack, Zoom).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Remote Skills: Strong self-management, initiative, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating asynchronous and synchronous work settings.

Use of AI tools from Anthropic and OpenAI
Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster / CSM).
Technical background or experience managing software development/IT projects.
