ription The Paralegal will provide day-to-day support on complex immigration matters, assisting attorneys with case management and documentation in a full-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing immigration forms and legal documents, maintaining case files, and tracking deadlines. The role involves conducting legal and factual research, summarizing findings, and supporting the development of case strategies. The Paralegal will review client-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, request additional information as needed, and ensure all materials meet regulatory and firm standards. Daily work also includes professional written and verbal communication with clients, internal team members, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression.Qualifica

undation in Law related to immigration practice, with the ability to understand and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures.Proficien
cy in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing immigration forms, petitions, and supporting affidavits.Effective
Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external agencies in a clear and professional manner.Advanced
Research skills for gathering legal, procedural, and factual information from multiple sources and synthesizing findings for case use.Attention
to detail in Document Review, including verifying accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client records and case materials.Ability t
o work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organized digital files and workflows.Comfort w
ith legal and productivity software, case management systems, and secure online document sharing tools.Prior par
alegal or legal assistant experience in immigration or related practice areas preferred.Paralegal
certification or relevant academic background in legal studies, political science, or a related field is beneficial.
