Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Graphic Designer role with BizTech – PM & Analytics Club of IIM Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, event posters, presentations, and newsletters. Daily tasks include designing layouts, developing original graphics, refining club branding elements, and maintaining visual consistency across all materials. The role also involves collaborating with the content and events teams to translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals and delivering designs within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to ensure clarity, readability, and aesthetic appeal.
Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar) and familiarity with social media design formats.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple design requests, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; prior experience with student clubs or startups is an advantage.
