Senior Bookkeeper & Team Lead

TrueBooks USA seeks one Philippines-based Senior Bookkeeper & Team Lead to manage three Client Bookkeepers serving U.S. small businesses. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role.
You will review monthly reconciliations and draft reports, coach the bookkeepers, track deadlines and workload, resolve complex bookkeeping exceptions, and join client video calls when senior support is needed. The role is primarily a team leadership and review position, not a second full-size client portfolio.
Candidates should have at least six years of bookkeeping experience, substantial experience with U.S. small-business clients, and a record of reviewing or supervising bookkeepers. Excellent spoken and written English is essential for direct client video conversations and clear review notes. QuickBooks Online or Xero experience is preferred; the final software requirement will be confirmed during hiring.
Monthly pay: USD 1,600–1,800. Schedule includes agreed overlap for U.S. Central Time client calls. Apply on LinkedIn with your résumé and a brief example of leading a multi-client monthly close. Finalists will complete a practical review exercise and mock client call.
