Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist role based in Kozhikode. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include monitoring mental health status, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, and collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care. The role also involves educating clients and families about mental health, participating in case discussions, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in clinical settings.
Demonstrated skills in Counseling, including building therapeutic rapport and delivering structured interventions.
Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including selecting, administering, and interpreting appropriate tools.
Basic understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health, psychopharmacology, and interdisciplinary care.
Relevant academic degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology; licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
Experience working with diverse populations and sensitivity to cultural, social, and individual differences.
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Commitment to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and participation in supervision or continuing education.
