Junior Motion Designer

A leading telecom brand is seeking a Junior Motion Graphics Designer to support creative campaigns across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who enjoys animating promotional content and contributing to retail and out-of-home creative. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand visuals across multiple formats.

$30/hr range
What You’ll Do
Create animation and motion graphics for digital promotional content, retail screens, and social assets
Design retail and print materials including in-store displays, POP signage, and promotional collateral
Support the development of Out-of-Home visuals such as billboards, transit ads, and outdoor placements
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and channels
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate concepts into strong visual solutions
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on design and motion trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Portfolio demonstrating animation for digital promos plus strong print/layout design fundamentals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Basic video editing or familiarity with 3D/motion tools
