About The Role
We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.
This is a flexible, fully remote contract role where your technical expertise becomes the benchmark that next-generation AI models learn from.

What You'll Do
Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to stress-test AI reasoning
Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI model training
Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to standards such as IEEE and NEC
Improve AI Reasoning — Identify logical errors and gaps in AI-generated responses, then provide structured feedback to improve model performance on engineering tasks
Document Failure Modes — Systematically record how and where AI models fall short so researchers can address weaknesses
Who You Are
Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline
Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or signal processing
Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on your own schedule
No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or content quality review
Familiarity with AI evaluation workflows or language model outputs
Background in multiple electrical engineering subfields
