This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep command of your discipline and a commitment to scientific precision.

What You'll Do
Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world relevance
Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related areas to design complex, nuanced problem statements
Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, rigor, and depth
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance model reasoning
Ensure scientific clarity and correctness across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical tasks
Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex science with precision and accessibility
Detail-oriented and methodical — scientific rigor is non-negotiable for you
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data labelling, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in peer review, academic writing, or science communication
Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines
Experience designing or grading advanced coursework or research problems
