What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists working on AI training projects
Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and development support
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
Who You Are
Experienced team lead with a track record of managing and developing analytical talent
Strong business domain knowledge across areas like finance, economics, consulting, or strategy
Naturally detail-oriented — you spot logical gaps, weak reasoning, and quality issues others miss
Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across distributed, asynchronous teams
Self-driven and structured in how you manage your own workload and your team's output
No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of team management or leadership experience
3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused project work
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback and structured annotations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content review workflows
Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
Familiarity with AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation as an end user
