We're looking for Senior Machine Learning Experts to author high-fidelity reasoning traces — the structured, step-by-step thinking patterns that teach large language models how to tackle complex, real-world problems reliably.
This isn't annotation work. This is senior-level intellectual contribution to the frontier of AI development. You'll be working alongside world-class AI research teams, bringing your architectural instincts and problem-solving depth to some of the most impactful training data being produced today.

What You'll Do
Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that document how an LLM should plan, use tools, and make decisions step by step
Decompose sophisticated technical tasks into clear, logical, well-structured decision paths
Design data strategies that reflect real-world problem-solving across advanced ML scenarios
Review and mentor the quality of structured traces to ensure rigorous planning and tool-use documentation
Contribute directly to training pipelines for frontier AI models used by leading research labs
Who You Are
Deeply experienced in machine learning, AI research, or a closely related technical field
A natural systems thinker — you can break down complex problems into clean, logical, documented steps
Familiar with LLM architectures, evaluation methodologies, and training pipelines
Precise and structured in your written communication — you explain your reasoning, not just your conclusions
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training data workflows
Top-tier Kaggle competition results (Grandmaster or Master level) — a strong signal of model performance intuition and feature engineering depth
Hands-on experience with RLHF, chain-of-thought prompting, or tool-augmented LLM evaluation
Background in AI safety, alignment research, or reasoning benchmarks
