About The Role
We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your technical knowledge has real impact on the next generation of AI.

What You'll Do
Design challenging problems — Create advanced electrical engineering scenarios across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing to rigorously test AI reasoning
Author gold-standard solutions — Write detailed, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
Audit AI outputs — Review and evaluate AI-generated circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and technical explanations for accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC)
Improve AI reasoning — Identify logical flaws in AI-generated responses and provide structured, actionable feedback that sharpens model performance on engineering tasks
Work on your schedule — Complete assignments asynchronously, with full flexibility over when and how much you work
Who You Are
Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, signal processing, or power electronics
Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
High attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and engineering documentation
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with embedded systems, robotics, or engineering simulation tools
Exposure to large language models or AI research workflows
