This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding vocal presence, native-level Italian fluency, and access to a professional recording setup.

Important: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized Italian voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments that enhance clarity and ensure natural, authentic delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Access to a large diaphragm microphone (LDM) and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances across a range of tones and styles
Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, pronunciation, and emotional register
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcast, commercial, e-learning, or animation voice work
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Understanding of phonetics or speech quality evaluation
Awareness of regional Italian dialects and speech variations
