About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding vocal presence, native-level German fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
What You'll Do
Record clear, professional-grade German voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated German speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
Native or near-native fluency in German with precise command of pronunciation and register
Owner of a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Naturally detail-oriented when assessing tone, clarity, pacing, and emotional nuance
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in commercial, character, or broadcast voice-over work
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Awareness of regional German dialect variations — Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
Background in linguistics, theatre, or performance arts
