About The Role

We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Australian accents to participate in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI systems better understand natural human speech.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent based in Australia. Your recordings won't be used for voice cloning — this is about teaching AI to understand how real Australians actually speak.

Session Format: In-person professional studio recording
Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do
Record natural, conversational Australian English speech in a professional studio environment
Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges
Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery style
Bring your professional voice talent to one of the most exciting frontiers in technology
Who You Are
A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience
A native or near-native Australian English speaker with an authentic accent
Currently based in Australia
Comfortable performing natural conversational speech — not just polished narration
Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
Fluent in English at a working level for communication and direction
Nice to Have
Acting or performance background
Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or commercial voice work
Prior professional studio recording experience
Comfort with improvised or dialogue-based performance
