This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized German voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong, clear speaking voice
Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work
Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of tones and styles
Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, and pronunciation
Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing structured feedback on audio quality
Nice to Have
Experience working with directed session scripts or remote audio production
Familiarity with regional German accents and dialectal variation
Background in broadcasting, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
Prior experience with AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
