This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

Note: This role supports AI speech development and does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian
Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Naturally attuned to nuance in tone, clarity, pacing, and pronunciation
Comfortable evaluating spoken language quality with a critical, trained ear
Nice to Have
Experience with voice direction, script analysis, or vocal coaching
Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Exposure to AI voice tools, text-to-speech systems, or speech evaluation workflows
Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or pronunciation variations
