Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive role based in Rabale. The Social Media Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms, aligning content with brand positioning and marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, writing engaging captions, coordinating visual assets, and monitoring community interactions such as comments and messages. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The Executive will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging, support product launches, and enhance the brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media content for products and promotional campaigns.
Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase product awareness and engagement.
Plan and organize social media promotion campaigns.
Create creative images, posts, and other visual content, especially during the initial phase of campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Candidates with a sports background or experience in the sports industry will be preferred.
Ability to plan and manage Social Media Marketing campaigns as part of broader Digital Marketing and Marketing initiatives.
Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, basic visual coordination, and platform-specific content adaptation.
Effective Communication skills for engaging audiences, collaborating with internal teams, and handling community interactions professionally.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
Prior experience in social media or digital marketing for e-commerce, consumer brands, or sports/outdoor products is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
