About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a strong German voice, professional delivery, and a sharp ear for quality. This role does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do
Record clear, high-fidelity German audio using provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness
Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve synthesized voice quality
Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native speakers strongly preferred
Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver consistently engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances
Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity
Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach to evaluation tasks
Nice to Have
Experience recording for commercial, broadcast, e-learning, or gaming projects
Familiarity with audio editing tools or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Background in linguistics, communications, or a language-focused field
Prior exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
Knowledge of regional German dialects or pronunciation variation
