Role Description The Interior Architect at Elite will be responsible for developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for projects in Delhi, India. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing design presentations, coordinating interior fit-out details, and ensuring that designs align with client requirements, building codes, and project constraints. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors; reviewing and revising plans; and conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality. The Interior Architect will also participate in material and finishes selection, support project documentation, and help maintain design standards across multiple projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, including the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings and plans.
Candidates should possess professional capabilities in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, with experience coordinating details from design through execution.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Space Planning, with a focus on functionality, circulation, and efficient use of available area.
Candidates should possess skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and time management.
Candidates should possess experience working on-site with contractors and vendors; prior experience in commercial or residential projects in India is beneficial.
