About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a passion for great audio.

Note: This role supports AI speech development and does not involve any voice cloning activities.
What You'll Do
Record clear, high-fidelity German voice audio using provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and overall quality
Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice output
Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native
Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio roles
Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable space
Able to deliver consistent, engaging, and well-articulated performances across a range of styles and tones
Sharp ear for pronunciation, pacing, tone, and overall vocal clarity
Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing feedback on audio quality
Nice to Have
Experience recording for commercial, corporate, animation, or e-learning projects
Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Awareness of regional German accent variations — Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
Prior exposure to AI voice tools or speech evaluation workflows
