Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Agra in a full-time capacity, collaborating with Principal designer to develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and construction documentation, supporting space planning and façade design, and contributing to presentations and design reviews. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through all project stages, from schematic design to execution. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and technical documentation for built projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Drawing and visual representation, including hand sketches and digital drafting.
Candidates should possess knowledge and awareness of contextual design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
A degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
Ability to interpret building codes and regulations, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior internship or professional experience in an architectural or design studio environment is an advantage.
