This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a passion for quality performance.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, natural flow, and authentic delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker with strong command of natural spoken Italian
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with studio recording, broadcast, or professional audio production
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Knowledge of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
Background in theatre, film, radio, or e-learning voice work
