Voice Actor / Voice-Over Artist — Spanish (Spain)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to participate in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent who can deliver natural, authentic Castilian Spanish speech. Your recordings will help AI systems better understand real human conversation — making technology more human for everyone.
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your voice will be used solely to improve AI speech comprehension.

Sessions: 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each
Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned within Spain)
What You'll Do
Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment
Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding dialogue across a range of scenarios
Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
Bring authentic Castilian Spanish accent and natural speech patterns to every session
Who You Are
Native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with an authentic Castilian accent
Experienced voice actor or voice-over artist comfortable in a studio setting
Natural performer — you can make scripted dialogue sound genuine and unscripted
Receptive to direction and able to adapt your delivery on the fly
Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
Currently based in Spain
Working-level English for communication purposes
Nice to Have
Acting or performance background
Experience in broadcast, podcast, or commercial voice-over work
Prior studio recording experience in a professional environment
