Recruiter for Bulk Hiring

Ztek is looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment. You will handle various positions primarily in Banking Sales, Telecalling/Call Center, Customer Service, BPO, Field Sales, and other entry-to-mid-level roles.
The ideal candidate must have a proven and mandatory background in bulk hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting aggressive joining targets. You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment cycles to meet strict hiring targets.
Source active and passive candidates using premier job boards and platforms, including Naukri, Apna, Shine, and Campus hiring channels.
Drive campus recruitment drives and partner with educational institutions to build strong entry-level talent pipelines.
Screen, evaluate, and align candidates swiftly for fast-paced operational roles such as Banking Sales, BPO, Telecalling, and Field Sales.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up closely to reduce dropouts and ensure high conversion rates.
Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from initial pitch to final onboarding and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of professional recruitment experience.
Must-Have: Proven, hands-on experience in bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment.
Preferred Background: Prior experience in banking recruitment, BPO recruitment, sales recruitment, telecalling recruitment, or field-sales hiring.
Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience working with leading job portals and platforms, specifically Naukri, Apna, and Shine, alongside social media sourcing and campus networks.
Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, high resilience, and a target-driven mindset.

Work arrangement
No
