🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Digital Platforms

Kerblet Platforms Private Limited is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
Kerblet builds digital platforms, marketplaces and technology-enabled services for everyday business and community needs. Our portfolio includes Kerblet WeddingzOS, Kerblet Parking, Kerblet KisanDepot, Kerblet Perks, Kerblet Partners, Kerblet Concierge, Kerblet MealDesk and Managed Parking Solutions.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing business for one or more Kerblet platforms. This is an in-office role with regular local field visits to meet prospective customers, demonstrate our platforms and convert opportunities into paying customers or partners.
Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, digital leads and field visits; identify prospective businesses and partners; conduct product demonstrations; understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate Kerblet solution; follow up with prospects and close sales; onboard new customers and partners; maintain leads and sales activity in CRM; achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets; build long-term customer relationships; and provide market feedback to the product and management teams.
Depending on platform assignment, prospects may include wedding planners, venues and wedding vendors for WeddingzOS; parking operators, property owners and commercial establishments for Kerblet Parking; farmers and agricultural equipment owners for KisanDepot; automotive service providers for Kerblet Perks; businesses and retailers for Kerblet Partners; event organizers for Concierge; and companies/corporate offices for MealDesk.
Candidate Profile: 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS/software sales, field sales or customer acquisition. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales ability may also apply. Candidates should be comfortable with both inside and field sales, product demonstrations, lead follow-up and target-based work.
Strong Marathi and Hindi communication is essential; working English and basic computer skills are preferred. Experience selling software, SaaS, digital products, marketplaces or B2B services will be an advantage.
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, comfortable talking to business owners, persistent with follow-ups, willing to learn multiple technology products and capable of taking a lead from first contact through closure.
