Senior Officer, Medical Affairs (Customer Relations)

· Assist Supervisor for the following duties:
· Compliment/ Feedback/ Complaint/ PSS/ NPS Handling:
· Handle non clinical related complaints including investigations and liaise with team leaders, supervisors, third parties, to collect information and resolving issues;
· Prepare meeting agenda and meeting notes;
· Responsible to reply to client by phone/ in writing;
· Escalate case to Legal / Medical Director for advice when necessary;
· Prepare report for periodical review by relevant parties.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments;
Requirements
· Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above
· 4 years + experience in customer service, complaint handling, client relations etc is preferrable. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
· Knowledge in the clinic operations and basic medical information is definitely an advantage
· Logical, analytical and result-oriented, with excellent communication and customer-service skills;
· Demonstrate ability to work independently;
· Proficient in written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin is required;
· Excellent presentation skill;
· Good computer skills including MS Office.
