About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Specialist / Expert to provide technical support for energy storage and new energy equipment. The role involves installation and commissioning support, troubleshooting, maintenance, technical service management, and coordination with customers, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation, Commissioning & Project Management
Conduct installation, commissioning, technical guidance, and troubleshooting for energy storage and new energy equipment.
Manage technical service teams, schedules, and technical issues to ensure projects are completed on time and according to required standards.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, technical service teams, and internal cross-functional teams.
2. Maintenance & Fault Analysis
Perform failure analysis, diagnosis, maintenance, and technical guidance for energy storage and new energy equipment.
Provide remote or on-site support for major technical issues.
Establish maintenance case databases and prepare fault-tree analysis reports.
Work with manufacturers on technical and design improvements.
3. Technical Standards & Service Procedures
Develop and implement technical specifications, operating procedures, and safety standards.
Develop standardized preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
Establish and monitor service indicators such as system availability, MTTR, and planned maintenance completion rate.
Ensure operations comply with applicable regulations , industry, and company safety standards.
Qualifications
College diploma or above.
Experience in technical support, field service, maintenance, or maintenance management.
Background in electric power, energy storage, new energy, automotive, or industrial automation is preferred.
High-voltage electrician or other relevant electrical operation certifications are an advantage.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills related to new energy equipment.
Experience using electrical testing instruments and battery diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and analyze electrical drawings, system logic diagrams, and communication protocols.
Strong on-site problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Spanish: Professional/fluent working proficiency required.
English: Professional working proficiency required.
