Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Developer role based in Karur. The Product Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and refine new products from initial idea through to production. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and material research, developing product specifications, coordinating samples, and tracking product performance and feedback. The role involves collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, preparing documentation for product launches, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Product Developer is expected to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize existing product lines, and contribute to timelines and cost targets.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
