FREELANCE E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to work with our women’s fashion business on a freelance, work-from-anywhere basis.
This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can independently manage the complete marketplace process — from seller account enrolment to product listing and getting products live.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace Enrolment & Setup
Seller account registration and onboarding
Marketplace account setup and configuration
Category/brand approvals
Shipping, returns and payment setup
Product Catalogue & Listing
Create and upload product catalogues
Product titles, descriptions and specifications
Category and attribute mapping
SKU creation and management
Size/colour/variation setup
Size charts and HSN/GST details
Pricing, MRP and inventory setup
Product image uploads
Marketplace SEO and keywords
Go-Live & Management
Get products successfully approved and live
Identify and fix listing/catalogue errors
Handle suppressed/rejected listings
Manage inventory and pricing updates
Handle marketplace support tickets
Monitor orders, returns and RTOs
Maintain marketplace accounts and catalogues
MARKETPLACES
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio or other major marketplaces is preferred.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience preferred
Experience with fashion/apparel marketplaces is highly preferred
Must have independently handled marketplace seller accounts
Should understand the complete process from account registration → catalogue creation → listing → approval → go-live
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Good communication and coordination skills
This is NOT a general digital marketing role.
We are specifically looking for someone with real, practical marketplace experience.
