We are looking for Field Collection Officers / Senior FCOs to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent accounts through customer visits, negotiation, and recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers regarding overdue payments
Negotiate and obtain Promise-to-Pay commitments
Understand customer concerns and reasons for default
Maintain accurate field visit and recovery records in CRM
Achieve assigned recovery and productivity targets
Follow quality, compliance, and collection guidelines
What We're Looking For
Experience in Field Collections, Debt Recovery, Loan/EMI Collections, or Tele-Collections
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field work and customer interactions
Target-oriented and performance-driven
DRA certification is compulsory
