Role Description We’re looking for a Pricing Officer / Junior Pricing Officer to support our pricing and revenue management activities. You’ll work closely with the Pricing and Revenue Manager and collaborate with Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure our pricing remains accurate, competitive, and commercially effective.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and wants to build a career in pricing, revenue management, or fintech.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse pricing, transaction, revenue, and margin data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies and adjustments.
Monitor competitor pricing, market movements, and industry trends.
Maintain pricing calculators, rate changes, and supporting documentation.
Investigate pricing and revenue variances and highlight key findings.
Collaborate with Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, and other teams on pricing-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate pricing processes and reporting.
Support pricing and revenue analysis for new product launches and business initiatives.
Provide ad hoc pricing, revenue, and commercial analysis as required.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with deadlines.
Curious about how data can drive better commercial decisions.
Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered for the Junior Pricing Officer level.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, financial services, or e-commerce.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
Exposure to financial modelling, forecasting, or reporting.
Data analysis experience.
Interest in automation and process improvement.
