Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities
Responsible for the company's daily cash and fund management and cashier-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payments, receipts, fund transfers and other cash activities in accordance with company policies and operating procedures;
Coordinate closely with Finance, Business, Operations and other relevant departments based on payment and business requirements to ensure the smooth and timely execution of fund transfers and settlements;
Maintain accurate records of daily cash flows and related transactions, reconcile transaction details and follow up on fund receipts and payments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data;
Prepare, consolidate and analyze daily fund-related data, promptly investigate discrepancies and identify their root causes;
Identify potential risks in payment and fund transactions, promptly report unusual or high-risk transactions, and assist relevant departments in resolving issues;
Track daily fund movements and maintain relevant reports, schedules and records to ensure fund information is updated accurately and in a timely manner;
Perform other treasury and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking or other related disciplines;
1–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, cashier operations, accounts payable (AP), fund settlement or other related finance functions. Experience in fund management, payment operations or settlement is preferred;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data organization, reconciliation, consolidation and basic analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is also required;
Detail-oriented, responsible and highly organized, with strong numerical awareness, analytical skills and risk awareness;
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently handle day-to-day issues;
Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy when working under tight deadlines;
Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to read and handle English emails and documents and communicate in English in daily work situations.
