This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) SAP PP Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a senior functional consulting opportunity focused on SAP PP within complex industrial operations.
You will act as a key reference for production planning and control processes, supporting both business continuity and technological evolution.
The role combines functional expertise, solution design, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
The position offers exposure to implementation, rollout, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Your expertise will contribute to reliable processes across demanding production environments and help advance industrial digitalization.
Experience with steel, mining, metallurgy, or other heavy-industry operations will be especially valuable.
Accountabilities
Act as a functional SAP PP reference for industrial processes, supporting production planning and control across complex operational environments.
Provide functional support and implement improvements to SAP PP solutions, ensuring business needs are translated into effective system enhancements.
Gather and analyze requirements with business teams and prepare clear functional specifications.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and process-evolution projects.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents, identifying root causes and coordinating appropriate solutions.
Support troubleshooting through SAP debugging and interpretation of ABAP code when required.
Work with data and integration points involving other SAP modules, particularly MM and SD.
Contribute to projects focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions remain aligned with operational requirements.
Requirements
Professional experience working with SAP PP in functional consulting or related roles.
Experience providing functional support and implementing SAP improvements.
Previous experience in medium- or large-scale industrial environments.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout, or process-evolution projects.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex SAP incidents.
Knowledge of SAP debugging and the ability to interpret ABAP code.
Knowledge of tables and integration points involving other SAP modules, particularly MM and SD.
Experience in steel, mining, metallurgy, or heavy industry is desirable.
Knowledge of the steel production value chain and experience in continuous-production environments are advantageous.
Experience with cost-related processes and SAP CO is a plus.
Exposure to Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, process optimization, or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in technically complex and business-critical environments.
