Role Description As a Robotics Trainer at HowNWhy Education, you will deliver hands-on robotics training sessions to students, guiding them through practical projects and workshops. You will design and refine lesson plans, create learning materials, and demonstrate safe and effective use of robotic equipment and tools. Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, supervising lab activities, troubleshooting technical issues with robots, and ensuring equipment is maintained in proper working condition. You will collaborate with academic teams to align robotics modules with the broader curriculum and provide feedback on student progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Robotics and practical experience working with robots.
Ability to perform Robotic Welding and apply robotics concepts in real-world applications.
Skills in Troubleshooting robotic systems and conducting Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
Prior experience in technical training, STEM education, or teaching robotics to school or college-level students.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an age-appropriate, engaging manner.
Comfort working in a lab or workshop environment with a strong focus on safety protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, follow structured curricula, and adapt content to different learning levels.
