Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Developer (Node.js) role based in Jaipur. The AI Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven features within Travrigo’s CRM and ERP platform, with a focus on Node.js-based services and integrations. Daily responsibilities include implementing machine learning and pattern recognition algorithms, building and optimizing neural network models, and developing NLP-powered tools for automation, communication, and recommendation systems. The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and scalable code, and ensuring system reliability and performance. The AI Developer will also monitor deployed models, improve accuracy and efficiency over time, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

What You Will Do:
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and AI agents to automate business processes.
Build backend services using Node.js to integrate AI models into products.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using n8n.
Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) for data storage and processing.
Deploy and manage services using Docker.
Build and optimize AI agent architectures and automation pipelines.
Work in Linux environments (Ubuntu) for development and deployment.
Analyze user needs and design AI solutions to solve user problems.
Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:
Strong experience with Node.js development.
Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Experience with automation tools such as n8n (or similar workflow tools).
Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, LangChain & LangGraph or AI agents.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Experience with Docker.
Comfortable working in Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
English (spoken and written).
