About The Role

We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality French audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a quality recording setup, and a sharp ear for what sounds right.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality voice samples in French based on provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar voice-over work
Native or fluent French speaker with a strong command of natural spoken French
Owner of a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances consistently
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Background in broadcast, radio, podcast production, or commercial voice-over
Familiarity with audio recording software or DAWs
Awareness of regional French variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
Experience with script analysis or character voice work
