Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love bringing structure to chaos, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our candidates and mentors while helping scale our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule mentor and candidate sessions.
Manage candidate journeys and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Follow up with candidates regularly and maintain engagement throughout the program.
Coordinate with mentors for session scheduling, feedback, and updates.
Track candidate progress and maintain operational documentation.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Assist in community engagement and candidate communication via WhatsApp and other channels.
Work cross-functionally with the product and marketing teams whenever required.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior internship/startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
