We are looking for a professional, polished and customer-oriented candidate to join our Service Team as:
Guest Relation Assistant Manager – Service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the service workshop.
• Manage customer reception and ensure a smooth and comfortable service experience.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Service Advisors.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with customers during their workshop visit.
• Coordinate with Service, CRM and other departments for customer requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer hospitality and service experience.
• Support customer feedback, follow-up and customer satisfaction initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Relevant experience in an Automobile Dealership / Car Service Workshop is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Customer Relations, Guest Relations, Front Office or Hospitality may also apply.
• Experience in premium/luxury automobile dealerships or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, polished and professional personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a welcoming approach.
