We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Global Project Cooperation to lead the company’s global project partnerships, cross-border collaboration, and strategic cooperation initiatives. This executive will be responsible for developing international project opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and coordinating complex projects across regions and business functions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced global business leader with strong project management, partnership development, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s global project cooperation strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate international project opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint initiatives, and new markets.
Build and maintain relationships with global clients, strategic partners, investors, government organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Lead the negotiation and development of strategic cooperation agreements, partnership frameworks, and joint project initiatives.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex international projects from initial concept through successful completion.
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
Develop project governance frameworks, reporting standards, and performance metrics to improve collaboration and execution.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to address project requirements and potential risks.
Monitor global market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify new cooperation opportunities.
Resolve cross-border project challenges, stakeholder conflicts, and operational issues through effective communication and negotiation.
Represent the company at international conferences, business forums, partner meetings, and strategic industry events.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global project cooperation team focused on partnership development, execution excellence, and sustainable growth.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in international business, strategic partnerships, project management, or business development, including significant senior leadership experience.
Proven track record managing international projects and building strategic partnerships across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of global business operations, project governance, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams, organizations, and geographic regions.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
