Role Description : This full-time Frontend Developer role is a hybrid/remote position based in Trivandrum/Kochi. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing features, implement responsive interfaces, and translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible web experiences. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and backend developers, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, debugging and resolving frontend issues, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to frontend architecture decisions, and staying current with modern web standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a min 1 Year experience with strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (such as React, Vue, or Angular) and HTML/CSS.
Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and general Web Development skills, ensuring mobile-first, cross-browser, and accessibility-aware interfaces.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing/debugging, and clean, maintainable code practices.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Back-End Web Development fundamentals to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with CSS preprocessors or utility frameworks, performance optimization, and familiarity with build tools (such as Webpack, Vite, or similar).
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and the capacity to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in frontend or web development.
