Our licensed advertising division is focused on the licensing of characters, clips and IP in advertising campaigns. We work with the greatest film, TV, animation and video game Licensors from around the globe and the advertising agencies that wish to license their IP in their campaigns.
Our Born to License division has expanded our services to companies that offer products and services across a broad range of sectors such as apparel, health and beauty, food and beverage, publishing, fashion accessories, digital products and many more.

Please note this position is being offered by Born Licensing Brazil, employment is on CLT basis and paid in BRL.
About the Role
The objective of this role is to support Born to License's clients with the launch of their licensed products, therefore you will be working in various projects simultaneously each with their own set of licenses to observe, to adhere to the licensor's style guides is absolutely paramount and consistency is key. The role will focus on creating product and packaging mock-ups and well as visual assets such as design decks, presentations, product artwork, website assets, and other materials. You will be working independently and have full ownership of all graphic design related projects.
We are open to candidates at different experience levels, with the final level determined by their experience, portfolio, technical skills, and ability to work independently.
The role is fully remote, but you will be part of our Curitiba-based team and may occasionally work together with colleagues in person.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product Development team to support Born to License clients with their creative and design needs.
Create professional and visually engaging product and packaging mock-ups, design decks and presentations for clients and internal use.
Develop and prepare product artwork, concepts and other visual materials.
Create and adapt artwork for licensed products and product-development projects.
Develop website assets and digital creative materials as required.
Take client ideas, briefs, and concepts and translate them into polished visual presentations and design materials.
Adapt existing artwork and designs to different products, formats, and applications.
Help maintain consistency with brand and licensing guidelines.
Prepare creative materials for client presentations, product reviews, and approvals.
Make revisions based on feedback from clients, licensors, and the Product Development team.
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients.
Work collaboratively with team members across different countries and time zones.
Support other creative and product-development projects as required.
Essential Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design in product and packaging mock-ups and visual communication skills.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to turn ideas and briefs into polished and professional visual materials.
Strong presentation and design-deck skills.
Good understanding of product design and how artwork translates to physical products.
Ability to work with existing brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team.
Strong communication skills.
Strong spoken and written English, as the role will involve working with an international team and communicating in English regularly.
Nice to Have
Experience working with licensed products.
Experience developing presentations or pitch decks for clients.
Experience working with international clients or teams.
What We Offer
Up to R$7.000,00 monthly according to experience.
Meal / Food Allowance (VA/VR) – R$32.00 per working day through a Caju card.
