Key Responsibilities
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Conduct floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee interactions
Support performance management and HR interventions
Partner with business leaders on people-related matters
Drive Rewards & Recognition programs
Ensure HR policy compliance and employee lifecycle management
Requirements
4+ years of experience in HRBP/BPHR role
BPO/ITES industry experience is mandatory
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in employee engagement, ER, and performance management
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
