Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day kitchen and food service operations across campus dining facilities.
Ensure all meals are prepared and served in accordance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, food supplies, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
Implement cost-effective practices to reduce food waste and optimize resources.
Culinary Services Oversight
Supervise and guide culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and service personnel.
Plan, design, and oversee menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with nutrition, health, and food safety guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and materials.
Service Excellence
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for all employees, students, and guests.
Manage catering services for university events, seminars, and official gatherings.
Address feedback and complaints proactively, ensuring continuous improvement in services.
Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and customer-centric service within the food & beverage team.

Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
20+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in an institutional or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen management.
