About the Company
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations across DSP Group companies.
About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for employee satisfaction, recruitment, payroll, attendance, HR administration and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with management and handle joining formalities.
Employee Satisfaction
Maintain staff satisfaction, address employee grievances, resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
Payroll Management
Coordinate and process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, incentives and employee salary records.
Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals, overtime and monthly attendance records.
Employee Records
Maintain employee files, joining documents, KYC, appointment letters, HR databases and exit formalities.
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement company HR policies, maintain documentation and coordinate statutory HR compliance, including PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
Performance & Employee Engagement
Coordinate performance reviews, employee feedback, staff engagement activities and internal communication.
Office Administration
Coordinate with different departments and management to ensure smooth HR operations across group companies.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, attendance, recruitment, payroll and employee-related matters.
Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
Required Skills
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, attendance and leave management.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HR management software.
Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities across multiple companies.
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality, logistics, freight forwarding, CHA or trading companies will be preferred.
