Private Mandate | 1 Position | Global | Performance-Based
We are appointing 1 established finance professional or capital intermediary with direct access to developers, business owners, investors and corporate decision-makers seeking €10M–€50M in project funding or refinancing.
This is a private strategic mandate — not a conventional sales role.
THE MANDATE
Identify and introduce qualified borrowers and principals seeking:
• Project funding
• Development finance
• Refinancing
• Strategic capital
• €10M–€50M funding requirements
Funding is available at 4.75% p.a., subject to qualification, due diligence and approval.
You identify the opportunity and introduce the decision-maker. Our team manages qualification, structuring and execution.
COMMISSION
Flat 0.60% commission on the total funded amount for each successfully completed transaction.
Examples:
• €10M → €60,000
• €25M → €150,000
• €50M → €300,000
No fixed salary. No OTE structure. Purely transaction-based compensation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An established professional with:
✓ Direct access to developers, business owners and corporate principals
✓ Existing relationships with clients seeking €10M+ funding
✓ Experience originating or facilitating substantial transactions
✓ Ability to identify genuine funding and refinancing requirements
✓ Strong credibility, discretion and professional network
This is not a lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can bring direct access to genuine funding requirements.
